The Rodas Hotel is distinguished by its neo-classical, arched façade in the shape of a parabola, behind which are 36 guestrooms across six floors. A Mediterranean-style rooftop area is available for theme dinners and cocktails, and guests also have access to four specialty restaurants. This hotel regularly hosts a variety of events and festivals, for both guest and public entertainment (surcharges may apply). Environment-friendly features such as energy-efficient lighting, energy consumption control systems, and heat recovery systems are some of the reasons for this hotel’s Ecotel certification.
The four Pavilion function rooms at the hotel are suitable for formal business meetings and conferences, and the rooftop area is suitable for theme dinners and cocktail parties. A business centre offers wireless and high-speed Internet access, two boardrooms, a variety of business equipment, and comprehensive secretarial services.
Business centre: Two boardrooms, each measuring 28 square metres (305 square feet), audiovisual equipment, TV connections, and high-speed Internet data ports are available in the business centre on the second floor. Further facilities include computers, a fax machine, photocopier, and scanner. Comprehensive secretarial services can be arranged for a surcharge.
Internet access: Wireless and high-speed Internet access is available in the boardrooms, meeting rooms, business centre, public areas, and Pavilion function rooms for a surcharge of INR260–450 (US$6–10) per hour. Fees subject to change without notice.
Conference/function rooms: The Rodas Hotel offers a Pavilion of 465 square metres (5,000 square feet) which can accommodate from 20 to 400 people. A pre-function area covers 35 square metres (379 square feet). The Pavilion can be partitioned into three separate units (Pavilion I, II and III), ranging in size from 59 square metres (637 square feet) to 85 square metres (1,035 square feet). Pavilion One is 85 square metres (1,035 square metres) in size and can accommodate 102 people theatre-style. Pavilion Two covers an area of 59 square metres (637 square feet) and can hold 24 people in a classroom-style presentation. Pavilion Three, at 68 square metres (728 square feet) accommodates 84 people theatre-style. Pavilion Four (27 square metres/291 square feet) is suitable for hosting events such as seminars and product launches. All the banqueting areas are appointed with telephone lines, UPS points, and built-in PA systems. Audio-visual equipment is available for a surcharge. On the Mediterranean-style rooftop, with its own kitchen and bar, theme dinners, barbecues, and cocktail parties for up to 150 people can take place.
